Pudleston Court Estate
Pudleston Court is a castellated neo-Gothic mansion at the heart of a quintessentially English estate. Passing through its wrought-iron gates, you’re greeted by sweeping parkland and serene views of the woodland stretching to the estate’s eastern edge. Built in 1846 by architect J.T. Brearley for Elias Chadwick, Pudleston Court was originally conceived as a refined family home, now recognised by Historic England with Grade II listing status for its remarkable heritage buildings.
Todays vision breathes new life into the estate, blending timeless history with modern comforts to create a truly unique retreat. Her thoughtful stewardship invites discerning travellers to become part of Pudleston’s ever-evolving story.
Tucked within the peaceful village of Pudleston—home to just a handful of dwellings and a charming country church—the estate is a haven for walkers. Surrounded by meandering paths and countryside trails, it offers something for every pace and passion, making it the perfect base for exploration and escape.

For keen walkers, the surrounding area offers an abundance of scenic trails — with the renowned Offa’s Dyke Path just 26 miles away and the picturesque Mortimer Trail a mere 8 miles from the estate.
Lovers of history and heritage will enjoy exploring nearby National Trust properties, including Croft Castle (5 miles), Berrington Hall (3 miles), Brockhampton Estate (8 miles), and The Weir Garden (11 miles). The stunning Hampton Court Gardens are also just 4 miles away, offering a perfect day out amidst beautifully curated grounds.
The area is also a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for horse riding, cycling, and fishing. There are local fishing pools and several golf courses nearby—please don’t hesitate to ask our team for recommendations.

"Decided to take a short break during half term in February. We booked the Gatehouse which consists of the North and South Lodge. We were only able to book two nights but would definitely return for a longer stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and deceptively spacious. We loved the peace and quiet and the view of the lake from the hot tub and sauna. The walks around the lake and the woods with the numerous bridges over the cascading waterfalls were beautiful. We will definitely come again! Thank you Pudleston Court!"

"I took 14 members of my family to Pudleston Court, where we stayed in the beautiful Ponds View. The property is thoughtfully split into two houses, connected by a stunning indoor swimming pool, making it the perfect setup for larger groups. We had the most incredible stay and felt so well looked after from start to finish. Rhi was fantastic throughout - so attentive, friendly, and always on hand to answer any questions we had before and during our trip. The actual grounds were HUGE and perfect for children. They had so much going on, from little jousting events, to animal petting & so much more. They’re also adding a spa and gym which will elevate the stay even more. If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Pudleston Court, don’t hesitate. It’s the perfect place to relax, spend quality time with loved ones, and make unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!"

"I visited in May this year, in fact we were two lots of families in two large houses joined together with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It’s a magical place with beautiful walks and gorgeous scenery. We had entertainment laid on by the organisers for example jesters which kept the kids happy to private chefs which kept the parents happy! Gorgeous hand baked bread and cakes locally delivered. A separate spa area and if you love nature there’s plenty of wildlife even peacocks. If you want to get married here, have a family gathering or a holistic retreat it will be perfect. Hands down the most relaxed I’ve been for a long time. And the locals are welcoming and friendly too."

The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were fantastic, especially the indoor pool and spa, which everyone loved. There were plenty of beautiful grounds to explore, and the alpacas were a lovely touch that made the stay even more memorable.
