Rhi is the Chief Operating Officer at Pudleston Court, having been an integral part of the company since 2021. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the estate, running the office and ensuring smooth flow across all areas. Her responsibilities include estate oversight, staff management, operational planning and coordinating key functions that support the long-term success of Pudleston Court.

Alongside her operational leadership, Rhi manages the company’s social media channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.

With a strong focus on efficiency, organisation and communication, she plays a central role in both the behind-the-scenes management and the public-facing identity of Pudleston Court. Rhi is also a friendly face for the emergency on-call team

Led by Kev, our dedicated grounds and maintenance team is the heart of Pudleston Court, quietly ensuring that every part of the estate is cared for to the highest standard. From tending the gardens and sweeping lawns to managing the daily upkeep of our swimming pools and hot tubs, they bring skill, attention and pride to everything they do. Their hard work and personal touch create the seamless, welcoming environment that makes every visit to Pudleston Court feel effortless and special.
