Pool Information
Our pools are maintained at a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. While we can’t increase the temperature without risking damage to the liners, 28°C is the industry standard—perfect for keeping chemicals balanced and ensuring the kids stay comfortable without overheating.
For your peace of mind, our pools are tested daily to maintain the ideal pH and chlorine levels, so you can relax and enjoy a safe swim.
Feel free to bring along any inflatables to make your pool time even more fun!

Hot Tub Information
Our hot tubs are carefully set between 36 and 38 degrees Celsius before your arrival, with pH and chlorine levels perfectly balanced so they’re ready for you to enjoy straight away. We test the water every morning to ensure it stays safe and comfortable throughout your stay.
Please note, the maximum safe temperature for hot tubs is 40 degrees Celsius, as higher temperatures can pose serious health risks. Children should always be supervised while using the hot tub, and it’s important to stay well-hydrated to avoid dehydration.
Relax, unwind, and enjoy your soak safely!
